Controller and contact

Sanom AG, Alter Postplatz 2, 6370 Stans, Switzerland, is responsible for this website. For privacy questions and requests, contact contact@sanom.ch or call +41 44 244 24 90.

Website visits and hosting

Our hosting provider NameHero processes technical data needed to operate and secure this website, including IP addresses, access times, requested pages, browser information and server logs. The hosting account is operated on a server in the United Kingdom. Our service providers may process data in other countries, including the United States. Where required, appropriate contractual safeguards apply to transfers to countries without an adequate level of data protection.

Contact and callback requests

If you use our contact form, we process your name, email address, message and, if supplied, phone number and callback request to respond to your enquiry. Your phone number is optional unless you request a callback. Enquiries are delivered by email to Sanom; our hosting and email providers process the data for this purpose. We retain enquiries for as long as needed to handle them and meet any applicable retention obligations.

Spam protection and cookies

The form uses a hidden spam field, time checks and a request limit. A pseudonymised value derived from the IP address is stored temporarily for up to 15 minutes to limit abuse. The public page does not use advertising or visitor analytics. Fonts and the logo are served locally. WordPress may use technically necessary cookies for authenticated administration and login.

Your rights

Under applicable data protection law, you may request information about your personal data and its correction or deletion, and exercise other applicable rights. Please contact us using the details above. You may also contact the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner.
